The World is Your Cupcake Cupcakes

Celebrate Earth Day any day with the world as your cupcake. It spins perfectly atop the matching blue and green plaid baking cup.

What you need:

Reynolds® Baking Cups (Blue Plaid Party)
1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
2 containers (12 oz.) ready-to-spread white frosting
Blue food coloring
Green food coloring
1 pastry bag
Recommended:  1 plain decorating tip, #3

Instructions:

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. 

PLACE Reynolds Baking Cups in muffin pans; set aside. 

PREPARE cake mix following package directions for 24 cupcakes.  Spoon batter into baking cups. 

BAKE following package directions (17to 23 minutes).  Cool.

TINT one container of frosting blue. Tint one-half of the second container green.  The remaining white frosting can be reserved for use at a later date.

SPREAD the top of each cupcake with blue frosting.

SPOON green frosting into a pastry bag fitted with a plain #3 decorating tip. Pipe the continents on top of the frosted cupcakes with the green frosting.
